Various plug in filters which you can find - here

Letz Begin

Download and open supplies. Open my template - duplicate and close orginal. Delete the wacky scraps layer - and select the circle1 layer. Selections - select all - selections - float. Effects - texture effects - weave - and apply these settings: 4, 1, 100, weave and gap color #3F1B19 - fill gaps box checked. Selections - modify - contract 20 - and flood fill #000000. Effects - plug in filters - penta - jeans - change the amount to 30 - and click OK. Select none. Add drop shadow: 4, 4, 40, 4, #000000. Select the circle2 layer. Selections - select all - selections - float. Effects - texture effects - weave - and apply these settings: 4, 1, 100, weave and gap color #000000 - fill gaps box checked. Selections - modify - contract 20 - and flood fill #3F1B19. Effects - plug in filters - penta - jeans - change the amount to 20 - and click OK. Select none. Add drop shadow same as before. Select the circle3 layer. Selections - select all - selections - float. Effects - texture effects - weave - and apply these settings: 4, 1, 100, weave and gap color #413D3A - fill gaps box checked. Selections - modify - contract 20 - and flood fill #413D3A. Effects - plug in filters - penta - jeans - change the amount to 20 - and click OK. Select none. Add drop shadow same as before

Select frame1. Selections - select all - selections - float - add a new raster layer - and flood fill #552826. Effects - plug in filters - tramages - marble madness one - change the amount to 255 - and click OK. Select none - add drop shadow same as before - and delete the frame1 layer. Select the frame2 layer. Selections - select all - selections - float - add a new raster layer - and flood fill #413D3A. Effects - plug in filters - tramages - marble madness one - change the amount to 255 - and click OK. Select none - add drop shadow same as before - and delete the frame2 layer. Select the frame3 layer. Selections - select all - selections - float - add a new raster layer - and flood fill #413D3A. Effects - plug in filters - tramages - marble madness one - change the amount to 255 - and click OK. Select none - add drop shadow same as before - and delete the frame3 layer

Select the mat1 layer - selections - select all - selections - float - flood fill #3F1B19. Effects - plug in filters - tramages - hex lattice - change the grid size to 10 - and click OK. Select none. Select the mat2 layer - selections - select all - selections - float - selections - defloat - flood fill #413D3A. Do not deselect. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer - position where you want it - selections - invert - delete - select none. Add drop shadow: 0, -15, 40, 4, #000000. Select the mat3 layer - selections - select all - selections - float - selections - defloat - flood fill #757171. Do not deselect. On your color palette - change the background color to #000000. Effects - plug in filters - tramages - cirquelate - change the cirquels to 80 - and click OK. Do not deselect. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer - position where you want it - selections - invert - delete. Select none - and add drop shadow same as before. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer - bring to the top - position - and add drop shadow same as before

Add a new raster layer and add text. Font I used is Tetanus - size is 48 - stroke is null - fill is #000000 - bold. Add drop shadow: 1, 1, 60, 2. Add a new raster layer and add copyright information. Delete the background layer. Merge visible. Save and done
