Let's Begin

Unzip and open supplies. Open a new image 600 x 400 white background. Copy and paste the frame as a new layer - resize 40 - duplicate twice and mirror one of the layers. Place the mirrored frame in the middle between the two outside frames and position frames where you want (refer to mine if you'd like). Hide background layer - select one of the other layers and merge visible

Select background layer and unhide. Add new raster layer. Select your magic wand: tolerance 20 - feather 0 - sample merged checked - hold down the shift key and click inside each of the frames. Selections - modify - expand 4 and flood fill #C8B398. Selections - select none. Change the tolerance on the magic wand to 0 and click just inside the first frame. Selections - modify - expand 4. Copy and paste one of your tubes - position and then selections - invert - delete. Select none - and then follow the same steps for the next two frames

Select the merged frame layer making it active and then add drop shadow: 1, 1, 50, 20, #5D1D06. Copy and paste the bow as a new layer. Resize 30 and colorize: hue 18 - saturation 153. Add same drop shadow and then duplicate twice. Mirror one of the duplicated layers and then position on frames. Copy and paste the diamond as a new layer. Colorize same as before - add same drop shadow. Duplicate twice and position on the bows. Copy and paste the leaves as a new layer. Resize 70 and then colorize same as before. Mirror and position below the first frame. Add same drop shadow. Duplicate - mirror - flip and position behind the 3rd frame

Add the word art supplied as a new layer or add text of your own at the top and whatever other text you'd like to add at the bottom. Add copyright information. Crop - merge all - and save as a png

That's it! You're done. Enjoy your new tag!
