You can visit Fi's blog here Internet Explorer users can drag this arrow down the page to keep track of your place Letz Begin Download and open supplies. Open a new image 600 x 600 white background. Open paper 5 - resize 600 x 600 - copy and paste as a new layer. Masks - new - from image - select WSL_Mask176 from drop down - source luminance is the only box checked and click OK. Masks - delete - yes. Duplicate layer and select original layer (layer 1). Effects - texture effects - weave and apply these settings: 1, 1, 100 , both weave and gap color #ffffff, fill gaps checked and click OK. Select copy of layer 1. Effects - plug in filters - Alien Skin Xenofex 2 - Constellation and apply these settings: 2.16, 6, 8, 1, 100, 55, twinkle rotation 45, keep original image checked, random seed 1 or whatever you'd like it set at - and click OK. Add drop shadow: 1, 1, 40, 5, #300C18. Hide background layer - select one of the other two layers and then layers - merge - merge visible Open frame 2 - hide layer 1 - select one of the other layers and merge visible. Copy and paste merged layer as a new layer - rotate right 90 - resize 80% and sharpen. Select the merged mask layer and move down a bit so that it's centered in back of the frame and then hide. Select the frame layer. Use your magic wand - tolerance 20 or so - feather 0 - sample merged checked and click inside the frame. Selections - modify - expand 4. Add a new raster layer and flood fill #000000. Selections - select none and move below the frame layer. Unhide merged mask layer and select the frame layer. Add drop shadow: 4, 4, 40, 5, #300C18. Copy and paste your tube as a new layer - resize if necessary (I resized mine 85%) - sharpen if necessary - position and add drop shadow: -6, -6, 40, 5, #300C18 Open tied ribbon 2 - copy and paste as a new layer - resize 85% - move below the tube layer and position (refer to mine if necessary). Use your selection tool and select the part of the ribbon showing behind her shoes - and then delete (eraser will work too). Add drop shadow: 4, 4, 40, 5, #300C18. Open flower 1 - copy and paste as a new layer - resize 60% - sharpen - position and add same drop shadow. Open the calla lillies - merge visible - copy and paste as a new layer - move below the flower layer - position - and add same drop shadow. Use your selection tool and select the stems showing below the flower and then delete. Open flutter (butterfly) 2 - copy and paste as a new layer - bring to top - mirror - rotate left 20 - sharpen - position and add same drop shadow. Open word art - copy and paste as a new layer and position - or add your own. Open lips - copy and paste as a new layer - position - duplicate - mirror and position again. Open "with love" word art - copy and paste as a new layer and position Add a new raster layer and add text. Font I used is Mr. Sheppards - size is 80 - stroke is white - line width 2 - fill is black. Add drop shadow: 4, 4, 40, 5, #000000 and position. Add copyright information. Crop and save Done Home
